The practical details

What participants do, what we handle, and what we agree before launch.

Predict once. Follow the season.

Participants put every club in their predicted final position. As the league progresses, they follow their error points and place on the leaderboard. The lowest total wins.

Predicted 3rd, currently 5th = 2 error points. Add the position errors across all clubs for the total.

The demos use illustrative standings and sample participants. Your demo entry is saved in your browser; it is not a live competition entry.

Before we get started

Open the details you need.

What can carry our brand?

Your competition can use your name, colours, sponsor placement, prize information and branded share cards. Try the brand preview in a country demo.

A launch can use your own domain or subdomain. Your domain administrator makes the agreed DNS change; we handle the competition setup. Final assets and permission to use brand, club and league marks are confirmed before launch.

What do we need to launch?

We agree the league, audience, entry window, scoring rules, expected participant volume and branding. You supply the approved sponsor and prize details and a contact for approvals.

We then confirm the delivery plan, prepare the competition and review it together. Launch follows testing and approval. An earlier or mid-season launch needs an agreed entry and scoring setup before we confirm a date.

Who runs it after launch?

TablePredict handles the platform, operation and agreed standings updates used for scores and rankings. You lead promotion, sponsor relationships and prize fulfilment.

The launch plan sets out the season covered, update cadence, support contact and hours, participant support responsibilities and expected traffic. Reporting requirements are agreed separately; sample demo figures are not live campaign measurements.

Participant data & integrations

Before launch, we document the participant fields and sign-in flow, who can access the data, hosting arrangements, retention and deletion, and any reporting or export requirements. Privacy notices and any marketing consent flow are part of that review.

SSO, embedding, API access and automated participant emails require agreed scope and a technical review. They are not demonstrated by the sample sign-in or leaderboard in this demo.

How is the project priced?

49,000 SEK / €4,900 / US$4,900 for a standard competition. One agreed primary publication/brand, one league and one season. Excluding VAT or other applicable taxes.

Predefined modules: 5,000 SEK / €500 / US$500, per predefined module · per competition · for the same season, excluding applicable taxes. Availability and delivery are confirmed for the selected competition.

A network competition is one shared product across agreed publications or brands. Independent editions have separate competition identities. Both, and custom integrations, are priced by proposal before launch. Existing-account login and subscriber checks require technical review.

The proposal confirms invoice currency, scope, expected participation, responsibilities, fee and payment stages. See pricing and scope →

You can package the competition with sponsorship. Any margin depends on your sponsor revenue, TablePredict’s fee and your other campaign costs; sponsor sales are not guaranteed.
